Membership to the platform requires registration. We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration at our sole discretion.
Cancellation Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase (cooling-off period). To exercise this right, contact us through the support page.
After the cooling-off period, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no further charges. If you cancel after the cooling-off period, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods.

Our total liability for any claims relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these Terms of Service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible, except in cases of serious breach or legal requirements.
You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 3 above.
We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. As a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
